  • Copiacintas de Video is a workshop that provides Transfer, Editing and Management Services for audiovisual files from individuals and companies that freely and voluntarily request its services.
  • Copiacintas de Video provides the service of copying, converting, editing and digitizing audiovisual material owned by its clients, the content of which is their exclusive property.
  • Copiacintas de Video undertakes not to disclose, transfer to third parties or use the information it handles to the detriment of the confidentiality standards it must maintain.

Each job performed is a contract or agreement between the Client and Copiacintas de Video, which will be respected and maintained under the rules of absolute confidentiality.
The material used in the copying and conversion work will be returned to its owners and the resulting files will be completely deleted one week after the work is delivered.
If the client wants, the files will be deleted immediately after the work is delivered, as long as the Client expressly states this.
The reason for keeping the files on the hard drive for a week is to preserve the information preventively in case the client requests a copy or back up, or shows dissatisfaction with the service.

Copiacintas de Video uses the best techniques for capturing and editing the original material, however the quality of our products and services depends greatly on the general condition of the tapes or material supplied. We consider that

Copiacintas de Video is not responsible for the misuse of the material used, before and after it has been in our custody, once it has been returned. The client has absolute responsibility for this material, as well as for the material delivered as the final product. As for Video Tape Restoration, please note that in most cases the tapes have a good chance of being restored, but the quality of the information could be affected.

This is a careful, expensive and patient task, for which we charge a reasonable price. In no case will the price charged be refunded if the restoration does not meet the client's expectations.

The criterion you should take into account before using our services is to consider whether the material and content are worth the expense. Generally, these damaged video tapes have an incalculable sentimental value, more than enough reason to use our services. Our intention is to provide you with a good service, not to make you spend your money!
